Sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the barn has a spacious sitting room with wood burner, lovely oak dining table which seats 6 easily and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen.

The barn has been sympathetically converted to provide accommodation of exceptional quality. Care has been given to the choice of appliances and fittings and the property is well maintained.

The barn has an exposed internal timber frame with a brick plinth with Norfolk pantiled floors downstairs and oak floors upstairs. The kitchen is fitted with quality oak units, solid oak work surfaces and range cooker, the bathrooms have quality modern fittings, power showers, heated towel rails, and enamel bath. Quality fluffy towels are provided, as are robes and slippers for use with the hot tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed, twin bedrooms have singles (which can be converted into super king doubles) and all have crisp 200 thread bed linen and handmade woollen rugs from India.

The living room is warmly furnished with comfy sofas and wood burning stove in addition to full central heating and French windows open onto a patio area with garden furniture. For wet days there is a 4k large OLED TV, 4k Upscaling DVD player, Smart Speaker & Sky Q with all the channels you could ever want, and a small games room.

Outside there is a large playing field with football goals, a secluded own use garden complete with hot tub, and a set of wooden play equipment. There is a table tennis table, table football and a dart board as well as copious board games and books for rainy days.

It enjoys its own private garden complete with hot tub and has access to the 5 acres of woodland and paddocks belonging to the farm. A well behaved dog is permitted with prior approval from Jane or Tony Morelli. There is also a dedicated fast charging facility for electric/plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Guests may roam freely over the 5 acres, and there are numerous footpaths within walking distance of the barn.  Serious walkers can join the coastal path, but would have to take a car to the start.  Cyclers are also welcome, and whilst there are no mountains in Suffolk, the cycling is challenging!
