VIEW AVAILABILITYTwo gorgeous en-suite bed & breakfast rooms in 16th Century listed traditional farmhouse. Building commenced in February 2014 with the digging of the first sod for the foundations, and the timber frame has been built by one of our sons, with local craftsmen completing the build. Both rooms are designed with underfloor heating and high spec shower rooms. Both enjoy TV, fridge, WiFi and a medieval feel in keeping with the 500 year old farmhouse.
Choice of Two En–Suite Guest Rooms
Created by building a new timber framed extension to the original farm house, one room will be on the ground floor and the other located on the first floor accessed by a private staircase. Both rooms are linked to the main farmhouse by a timber framed single storey dining room, which flows into a sun-room before joining the main house.
Relax in your luxurious B&B room with sumptuous bedroom furniture and king size bed, adorned with high quality linen and towels or take a dip in the hot tub – exclusively for the use of our B&B guests! Then after a great night’s sleep, start your day with a delicious home-cooked breakfast – the eggs, bacon and sausages are from our own home-reared produce!
The ground floor B&B room has been fitted with tinted glass in the windows for privacy and the first floor B&B room has a Juliette balcony with views over the valley. Both rooms have access to the patio and the gardens, and use of the hot tub.
As far as possible the food we serve is sourced locally or has been grown at Corner Farm. Our B&B rooms are named after our favourite rare breed animals that we rear.
The shared patio has sun loungers, table & chairs with the hot-tub for 2 and is situated in the main farmhouse garden. There is ample parking and EV charging provide.

Dining Room
Breakfast is provided in the dining room with delicious choices including: full English Breakfast, Advocado Smash, Pancakes and Continental Breakfast. High quality ingredients are sourced as far as possible locally or from produce grown or reared at Corner Farm.
Sun Lounge
Our Bed & Breakfast guests have exclusive use of the sun lounge where you can unwind with a good book or the day’s newspapers or just sit, relax and watch the world go by!
Garden with Hot Tub
There is a luxury hot tub for exclusive use of our B&B Guests and fluffy towels, bath robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Guests are also welcome to explore the gardens or visit the animals in the small holding. For the more active, there are a number of lovely walks right from the farm house. We have walking books and maps available to help you plan your walk!
